Welcome! My name is Kay Linger and I’m a registered massage therapist here in St. Catharines. My passion is to help people struggling with chronic pain, injury, and stress. I studied massage therapy at Mohawk College in Hamilton, ON, and became registered in January of 2020. I’m a life-long learner dedicated to the practice of massage therapy, and I love refining and enhancing my manual therapy skills and knowledge.

Parking: You are welcome to park right in the driveway.

Entry: Please enter through the front door

Accessibility: There are 5 stairs with a handrail leading to the massage clinic

Pet Notice: I have two friendly cats. If you have any allergies or concerns, please let me know before booking.

Payment & Insurance

​Taxes: All prices include HST.

​Accepted Payments: Debit, credit, cash, and e-transfer (sent to kaylingerrmt@gmail.com).

​Direct Billing: Not available. A detailed receipt will be emailed to you immediately after your treatment for insurance submission.

​Insurance Tip: Please check with your provider before booking, some insurance policies require a doctor's note.

Online Booking

Online booking is open up to 3 months in advance. If you prefer to secure a regular, recurring spot beyond this 3-month window, just let me know and I can get you booked in.
